only for jo the router port is : 32768 place it in TCP and UDP and DMZ U must enable your IP address then people will join in. Only the Port number for JOEs I don't know. U not need to change anything in game.cfg or else where in JOTR folder.

Yea 32768 Is The Default Port For JO. Yea What DG_x Said. Do Port-Forwarding in Your Router To Your Rig. I Thought JO And JOE Ports Are The Same Since Its The Same App Using The Port In The Game.cfg File.
