can understand them being removed 'out of politeness' but
technically, if the owner of this site hasn't signed the NDA then they can show whatever they get hold of. freedom of speech and all that.
however that might upset Nova, and they wouldn't wanna do that

ok tell me how does a cheat site get removed from the net.........because they are not abiding by their EULA now if i have to start digging for this i am gonna be pissed. This is the EULA that your host provides you as a customer. novalogic has a lagitamite product to protect And the NDA is just the beginning for them. IT is an internationaly known copyright and and is gaurunteed protection under that intenational copyright system...
which is included under your EULA. But go ahead and show your respect you guys ***** about this game so much i wonder why you are even here. or better yet just let me know who your host is. Hey atomic who was that guy going after cheat sites ? maybe we should get a form letter made up for all the teenager webmasters out there...
ok let me further add that novalogic owns all the names ie: registered trademarks and that has legal ramifications. if you posted coke cola recipe on the web you would get sued. why couldn't novalogic legally sue....
search up the half life 2 beta leak in the states the FBI is getting involved this is serious **** trademarks and such...

ok, i understand, nova-insides host has such a EULA / AUP, ok. fair do's, I'd suggest change to a host that isn't quite so restrictive, there are plenty out there.
but i wasn't talking about that anyway.
what i didn't understand was how NL were going to take ME to court, for saying what i said, i didn't post any pictures, or break any laws, just made a post to a forum.
and i'll quote myself here.
