This is the EULA that your host provides you as a customer. novalogic has a lagitamite product to protect And the NDA is just the beginning for them. IT is an internationaly known copyright and and is gaurunteed protection under that intenational copyright system...

ok let me further add that novalogic owns all the names ie: registered trademarks and that has legal ramifications. if you posted coke cola recipe on the web you would get sued. why couldn't novalogic legally sue....

ok, i understand, nova-insides host has such a EULA / AUP, ok. fair do's, I'd suggest change to a host that isn't quite so restrictive, there are plenty out there.

but i wasn't talking about that anyway.

what i didn't understand was how NL were going to take ME to court, for saying what i said, i didn't post any pictures, or break any laws, just made a post to a forum.

how is any of the above ilegal? - it might be wrong (the middle paragraph) - but there is no way, that its ilegal. IMHO.
