Door Trouble

HI GUYS I AM BACK ,

cant get on pro-warriors site for some reason so i am here

did anyone make a step by step how doors work ? so i can see what i forgeting to do

i made a room but when in the game the door sound opens and the door does not move and i can walk through the texture

any help be great , i finaly got the textures down to under 150kb and lower :) you dont get 100% texture sexy graphics but it saves one hell of a upload to mates to test stuff lol

i must be sleepy if this is easy i did it 2 weeks ago befor i formated now i am lost lmao i am so damn old already

As for the pro-warrior website the newb host i got likes to play games with his server i think. Well i have a better host now and these freecking simple dns issue should be gone refined-designs are a bunch of newbs BTW

yes there is a thread at www.novaworld.com use the search and look for ladder help or something liek that they discuss both doors and ladders and have a demo of it also.

Right now i am having some mod .pff trouble i got a .pff file but it wont read with bhd this is what the short cut directory is:
"c:\program files\novalogic\delta force black hawk down\DFBHD.exe" \outwars owmod

The folder the mod is iin is outwars and the pff inside its owmod and the outwars folder is in the bhd directory and all.

I also have several new terrains that im working on and i redid the xm8 and ak47 and i am gonig to redo all the guns i have done now since i restarted with them in the mod. I got the weapons to appear in game if i put the .def file in the locuras.pff and the .3di in the resource but i cant get it if i put it all in the ow mod.pff any help.

Also in the armory it shows the weapons name as WPN_XM8 instead of just XM8

also i am using an mdos file that i made that acts as the short cut works with every thing even all my mods i have but wont work with this or the .def file is screwed.

do this change your .PFF file name to Outwars_mod


in your new med short cut and bhd short cut add this

"C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force Black Hawk Down\dfbhd.exe"
/mod Outwars_mod

then use the short cut

make sure you packed the ITEMS and added them to the map your making lmao

i did put the weapons.def in the .pff and also why change the file name and yours says \mod then the .pff filename the folder mines in isnt themod folder none of the mods i have are.

i keep forgeting one thing every time i post the shortcut i using here ill post what i have and make sure its correct.

abd also i suggest to call your mod folder mod there is a reason for that

i say this once more for you now listen lol

1. goto your bhd folder make sure you have a mod folder

in there you need your .PFF file

2. name your file Outwars_mod (dont say you know just do it)

3. goto the shortcuts you made and add /mod Outwars_mod and not OUTWARS owmod


i dont care if you dont wanna change the name just do it and see if it works so we can tell you if its something else

then when you did that come post the target link so i know you did it :)

if you dont do it i aint gone help you anymore cause you aint listening :hammer:

In BHD, pff mod files can only be read when they are in the mod directory (OR something)

...Just adding my 2 cents... :p

first no because your a golden burger fan

that means wcw fan that means we dont like you lol and dont come back with a reply to that because look at WM20 his match sucked big time and made brock look bad it was even worse then his movie making day in U.soldier 2 lol

plus no ones got the mod because the **** cant even get it to work to test to see if his stuff works , so dont hold your hopes up i think it be couple months for a great mod to be out , and also alot of people are waiting for joints ops to come out that they be taking the items from it lol
